Seven more collections of tasks applied to classes that anticipated the application of the Essential Learnings (ELs) of Mathematics A and Mathematics of Professional Courses in the 2024/2025 school year are now available.

The Institute for Education, Quality and Evaluation, PI (EduQA, IP) has opened the application process for the PEBI programme for public and private educational establishments, based in mainland Portugal or abroad, which only teach the Portuguese curriculum, do not yet belong to the Programme and intend to implement it in 2026/2027.

The Auditorium of EduQA, PI, EduQA Rio Building, hosted a training session aimed at teachers and trainers from professional schools, dedicated to the theme "Operationalisation of Learning Outcomes-Based Qualifications in Professional Courses: Curriculum Planning, Pedagogical Practices and Assessment Strategies".

The second edition of the training course Roma Culture, History and Education in the Portuguese Context took place in 17-18 April and 8-9 May 2026, in Figueira da Foz, and was funded by the project RomaMemory. This training course was a partnership between the Council of Europe/Roma and Travellers Division and the joint European Union and Council of Europe project Equality and Freedom from Discrimination for Roma: Roma Holocaust Remembrance and Education (RomaMemory), the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation/Institute for Education, Quality and Evaluation, P.I. (EduQA, I.P.) and the University of Minho. Roma Culture, History and Education in the Portuguese Context is a trainers training course, which aims to prepare trainers at Teacher Training Centres (CFAE) to facilitate the training in their regions (mainland Portugal).
