Declara a extinção do Instituto de Avaliação Educativa, I. P., da Direção-Geral da Educação, da Estrutura de Missão do Plano Nacional de Leitura e do Gabinete Coordenador da Rede de Bibliotecas Escolares. 

Aprova o Regulamento do Júri Nacional de Exames e revoga o Despacho Normativo n.º 1-D/2016, de 4 de março. 

Appoints the president and the remaining members of the National Examination Board.

Approves the Statutes of the Institute of Education, Quality and Evaluation, IP, abbreviated as EduQA, IP.

It provides a definition of the legal framework applicable to the National Examination Board.

It extinguishes, through merger, the National Agency for Qualification and Professional Education, IPv.

Creates the Institute of Education, Quality and Evaluation, IP, and approves its organizational structure, and abolishes the Institute of Educational Evaluation, IP, the Directorate-General for Education, the Mission Structure of the National Reading Plan, and the Coordinating Office of the School Libraries Network.

Designates, upon proposal of the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, the members of the governing board of the Institute of Education, Quality and Evaluation, IP.

Appoints the members to the scientific council of EduQA, IP.
