Public invitation to express interest in serving on the Board of Directors of EduQA, I.P.

For the purposes of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Organic Law of EduQA, IP, approved by Decree-Law No. 105/2025, of 12 September, and under the provisions of subparagraph a) of Article 13, the General Council invites individuals whose profile complies with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the same decree to express their interest in performing functions on the Board of Directors of EduQA, IP, by sending a letter of motivation (maximum 3 pages) and Curriculum vitae (maximum 3 pages) to the email address conselho.geral@eduqa.pt until 11:59 PM on 5 June, 2026.

The letter of motivation must include a declaration of honour regarding the veracity of all elements of the expression of interest, as well as the strategic vision for EduQA, I.P..

The responsibilities of the Board of Directors of EduQA, IP, and the status of its members are listed in the Organic Law of EduQA, IP, approved by Decree-Law No. 105/2025, of 12 September, to which reference is made.

For remuneration purposes, the Public Manager Statute, approved by Decree-Law No. 71/2007 of 27 March, applies to members of the Board of Directors, with equivalence to a public business entity of group B (No. 4 of Article 10 of the Organic Law of EduQA, IP).
