Extension of the deadline for the public invitation to express interest in serving on the Board of Directors of EduQA, IP.

For the purposes of paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Organic Law of EduQA, IP, approved by Decree-Law No. 105/2025 of September 12, and under subparagraph a) of Article 13, the General Council invited individuals whose profile complies with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the same decree to express their interest in serving on the Board of Directors of EduQA, IP, by sending a letter of motivation (maximum 3 pages) and Curriculum Vitae (maximum 3 pages) to the email address [email address would be inserted here]. conselho.geral@eduqa.pt.

Considering that there is still some time before the General Council meeting where the list of 15 personalities to be sent to the Government will be drawn up, it was decided... Extend the deadline for submitting expressions of interest until 11:59 PM on June 18, 2026..

The letter of motivation must include a declaration of honor regarding the veracity of all elements of the expression of interest, as well as the strategic vision for EduQA, IP.

The responsibilities of the Board of Directors of EduQA, IP and the status of its members are listed in the Organic Law of EduQA, IP, approved by Decree-Law No. 105/2025, of September 12, to which reference is made.

For remuneration purposes, the Public Manager Statute, approved by Decree-Law No. 71/2007 of March 27, applies to members of the Board of Directors, with equivalence to a public business entity of group B (No. 4 of Article 10 of the Organic Law of EduQA, IP).
