
The Institute of Education, Quality and Evaluation (EduQA, IP) informs that it will hold a 25-hour training course entitled "Working with the Financial Education Framework and the Financial Education Notebooks as a contribution to its dissemination and implementation in the school environment," with training registration number CCPFC/ACC-133769/25.
This training is the result of a partnership between the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, through EduQA, and the Financial Supervisors, within the scope of the National Financial Literacy Plan, and includes a team of trainers from the Bank of Portugal, the Securities Market Commission and the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority.
The course aims to:
– To contribute to the dissemination and implementation of educational materials for financial literacy;
– To provide educators and teachers with the opportunity to acquire knowledge in the areas of economics and finance, in order to enable them to address financial education in a school context;
– To encourage the student to take an active role in financial education by using teaching methodologies and pedagogical practices appropriate to addressing this topic;
– To encourage the sharing of experiences among teachers from different teaching groups who are working on Financial Education.
