The Auditorium of EduQA, PI, EduQA Rio Building, hosted a training session aimed at teachers and trainers from professional schools, dedicated to the theme "Operationalisation of Learning Outcomes-Based Qualifications in Professional Courses: Curriculum Planning, Pedagogical Practices and Assessment Strategies".
This initiative is part of the process of updating the National Catalogue of Qualifications (NCQ) and strengthening the implementation of the Learning Outcomes (LO) methodology, an approach that has been playing a central role in the curricular organisation, pedagogical practices, and evaluation processes of professional courses.
During the session, participants reflected on the challenges and opportunities associated with operationalising qualifications organised in Active Learning, exploring themes such as collaborative curriculum management, interdisciplinary articulation, active learning methodologies, and the construction of assessment strategies aligned with competency development. The meeting also provided opportunities for sharing experiences and collaborative work among professionals from different educational and training contexts.
The event involved representatives from various professional schools across the country, reinforcing the creation of a community of practice committed to the quality of vocational and education training. Through this initiative, EduQA, PI continues its mission to support the professional development of education professionals, promoting conditions for the consistent and effective implementation of Learning Outcomes-based qualifications and contributing to the continuous improvement of educational and training offerings.
