Following recent news reports regarding alleged guidelines for teachers to complete the marking of seemingly incomplete responses, EduQA clarifies that the guidelines issued by EduQA/JNE do not cover the situation described.

On the contrary, EduQA/JNE implemented a system for reporting any discrepancies in the items (the “Report” button), allowing the teachers marking examinations to flag them centrally.

Following these reports, a widespread intervention was carried out on the night of 9 July, allowing for the continued pursuit of standardisation of the classification process.

Training Activity – Working with the Financial Education Framework and the Financial Education Workbooks as a contribution to their dissemination and implementation in schools.
