The Institute for Education, Quality and Evaluation (EduQA) presents activities carried out throughout the 2025/26 school year by schools/school clusters in the National Network of European Clubs.
The activities can be viewed at site dedicated to the Exhibition of Works from European Clubs 2025/26, which presents videos of works related to the theme "1986-2026 – 40 years of Portugal in the common European space: what has changed?" or that focus on other initiatives associated with the action of the European Clubs.
These activities mark the 40th anniversary of Portugal's entry into the European common space, and simultaneously, the 40th anniversary of the existence of European Clubs in the country.
The National Network of European Clubs integrates clubs affiliated with school clusters/schools, at national and international levels (Mainland Portugal, Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira, Angola and São Tomé), of a public or private nature, involving establishments ranging from pre-school education to basic, upper-secondary and professional education.
These clubs have been essential in promoting, from an early age, a culture of active citizenship, solidarity, democracy and respect for human rights, as well as in valuing cultural diversity, in line with the European values that define the common European project.
