The draft legislation that makes the second amendment to the legal framework for inclusive education, approved by Decree-Law No. 54/2018 of 6 July, is currently open for public consultation.

The purpose of this public consultation is to gather contributions from citizens, professionals, entities and other interested parties, with a view to improving the proposed legislation.

Contributions can be submitted until July 17 2026 at: Amendment to the legal framework for inclusive education.
