Given the delays observed in the National Examination grading process, EduQA, through the National Examination Board, wishes to provide the following clarifications:
1. The digital grading process for national exams, being a new and large-scale process at the national level, naturally involves a number of challenges in the area of logistics, as well as in the technological aspect of the process;
2. Bearing these challenges in mind, STANDARD 03/JNE defined a sufficiently flexible grading calendar to accommodate any difficulties and contingencies in the process, in order to ensure the completion of the national exam grading process with the highest quality and without compromising the deadlines set for the publication of results;
3. Therefore, taking into account the existence of some technical difficulties, which are currently being resolved, the JNE (National Examinations Board) decided to change the schedule of the classification process, continuing to ensure an equal classification period for all exam codes, maintaining the final classification deadline on July 10th;
4. However, the JNE will gradually deliver the responses to the teachers responsible for grading them, as they are processed;
5. The National Examinations Board (JNE) will inform all teachers involved in the grading process of this decision through its regional groups, and thanks them in advance for their usual professionalism and competence.
