The celebration of Reading Week, which began on March 23rd, started at the headquarters of the National Reading Plan (PNL), with EduQA staff visiting the PNL facilities and choosing a book to take with them. The EduQA teams were also challenged to put into practice one of the National Reading Plan's best-known projects: "10 Minutes of Reading".
Throughout the week, initiatives and activities dedicated to promoting books and reading multiplied, with schools, libraries, and city councils participating. Some of these events were attended by EduQA leaders.
The President of the Board of Directors, Luís Pereira dos Santos, was at the Valongo City Hall, where he attended a reading session held by students from the Vallis Longus Basic School.
Rebeca Sá Couto, a member of the Board of Directors of EduQA, participated in the Book Tasting – Alice in Wonderland Snack, which took place at the Azevedo Neves School Group in Amadora.
Reading Week, which took place between March 23 and 27, featured a program focused on books and reading, and a series of challenges launched under the theme of the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development.
