Guidelines for School Menus and Cafeterias 2026

On World Food Day, celebrated on October 16th, EduQA – Institute of Education, Quality and Evaluation, IP publishes the document Guidelines for School Menus and Canteens 2026, an updated technical reference aimed at supporting schools, municipalities and other entities responsible for school meals in promoting healthier, more sustainable meals that are better suited to the needs of children and young people.

What has changed?

EduQA, IP is the result of a reorganization process within the Public Administration, which brought together in a single body competencies previously ensured by different entities in the field of education, promoting greater coordination, efficiency and coherence in the implementation of educational policies.
