
At the beginning of this academic year, IPO Lisboa presented the "Health 360º: Literacy for Youth" project, aimed at secondary school students, which intends to promote health literacy and help young people access credible information, develop critical thinking, and make conscious and informed choices.
The project is based on conducting health literacy sessions, both in-person and online , aimed at secondary school students, on topics relevant to health promotion and disease prevention. The sessions seek to create moments of sharing and reflection, encouraging the participation of young people and dialogue around issues that are part of their lives and their choices.

Session 2 – Choices that Protect (January 13, 2027)
- Healthy eating.
- Physical activity.
- Sleep and well-being
- Skincare and skin cancer
Session 3 – Tobacco, Vaping and Alcohol (February 17, 2027)
- Impact on health.
- Relationship with the development of oncological diseases.
- Peer pressure and decision-making.
Session 4 – HPV and Prevention (March 17, 2027)
- Vaccination.
- Preventive behaviors.
- Demystifying concepts.
Session 5 – Mental Health and Well-being (April 14, 2027)
- Emotional management.
- Self-care strategies.
- Looking for help.
Session 6 – Digital Health (May 19, 2027)
- Reliable health information.
- Fake news and misinformation.
- How to search for information safely.
