“"Giants of the Sea" is a lecture organized by AIMM – Association for Marine Environment Research, which presents the diversity and importance of cetaceans in different regions of the Atlantic.

Through real-world examples from fieldwork, aspects of the biology, behavior, and social organization of these species are presented, as well as the main threats they face.

The session also highlights the role of scientific research in its conservation, bringing the public closer to the ocean and promoting greater environmental awareness. A journey through the fascinating world of the ocean's largest inhabitants.

This webinar is aimed at students in the 1st and 2nd cycles of basic education.

Survey of students taking the ModA and PFEB 2025/2026 exams.

Within the scope of the Learning Monitoring Tests (ModA) and the Final Basic Education Tests (PFEB) to be carried out in the 2025/2026 school year, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MECI) will promote the application of a brief anonymous questionnaire to students after they have taken the respective tests in digital format.
