What if schools started with the heritage, people, and knowledge of the region to create new learning experiences? That is the challenge of GERAt, a project by Turismo de Portugal in partnership with EduQA, which brings students closer to their environment and promotes the creation of sustainable tourism proposals.<\/p>\n

In November, the project, in collaboration with CFAE Minerva, will present three online<\/em> training courses for teachers: \u201cFrom the Territory to the Classroom: Educational Projects through Tourism\u201d; \u201cLearning with Flavor\u201d; and \u201cLearning with Destination\u201d. These courses aim to support project-based learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and connecting the school to the community. All three courses are accredited and count towards mandatory training.<\/p>\n
