{"id":3610,"date":"2026-04-13T14:49:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:49:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eduqa.pt\/?p=3610"},"modified":"2026-04-13T14:49:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:49:57","slug":"o-projeto-par","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eduqa.pt\/en\/o-projeto-par\/","title":{"rendered":"The PAR Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The PAR Project \u2013 <em>For the Analysis and Use of External Evaluation Reports<\/em>, The initiative, launched by IAVE in 2019, aims to support schools in analyzing and using the results of external assessments, promoting a culture of assessment for learning.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over five editions, the PAR Project has involved schools from all regions of the country \u2014 North, Center, Lisbon and Tagus Valley, Alentejo, Algarve, Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira \u2014 as well as Portuguese Schools Abroad, establishing itself as an initiative of systematic support to educational communities.<\/p>\n<p>Designed with the purpose of valuing the participation of the various stakeholders in the educational process, the <strong>PAR Project<\/strong> The project employs structured work dynamics tailored to the different work sessions held in schools, promoting a close-knit environment conducive to reflection and sharing. Within this framework, the project has prioritized the involvement of principals, teachers, students, and parents\/guardians in work dynamics focused on the analysis of Individual Reports and School Reports from external assessment tests, with a view to an informed use of this data in pedagogical decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>In the first editions, the <strong>PAIR<\/strong> The project focused on the assessment test reports and subsequently monitored the transition to the current external assessment model, based on Learning Monitoring Tests (ModA), at the end of the 1st and 2nd cycles of basic education. In this context, the project has supported schools in reading and interpreting the reports, as well as in defining strategies aimed at the continuous improvement of learning.<\/p>\n<p>The actions developed within the scope of <strong>PAIR<\/strong> These include visits to schools, lasting one or two days, for collaborative work sessions and have contributed to the creation and publication of various resources, namely: Practice Guides and Suggestions (<a href=\"https:\/\/gps.iave.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Electronic GPS<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/iave.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/GPS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GPS for printing<\/a>), Systematization reports (<a href=\"https:\/\/iave.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/RelatorioPAR_versao_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PAR Report<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/iave.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/PAR.2_Relatorio_2021_22-6.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PAR.2 Report<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/iave.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/PAR.3_Relatorio_2022_23.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PAR.3 Report<\/a>) and Collaborative Murals (<a href=\"https:\/\/padlet.com\/gpsriparepa\/percursos-par-4-8jtzeqj5zjjdlupt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PAR.4 Routes<\/a>, 2023\/2024; <a href=\"https:\/\/padlet.com\/gpsriparepa\/percursos-par-5-2024-25-8vi1p4hox8q9cj7s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PAR.5 Routes<\/a>, 2024\/2025, 1st and 2nd phases).<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>PAR Project<\/strong> This thus constitutes a relevant contribution to strengthening formative assessment practices and to valuing external assessment as a tool to support the work of schools and promote educational success.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Projeto PAR \u2013 Para a An\u00e1lise e a Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Relat\u00f3rios da Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Externa, iniciado pelo IAVE em 2019, tem como finalidade apoiar as escolas na an\u00e1lise e na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o externa, promovendo uma cultura de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o para as aprendizagens.
