Evaluation (EduQA, IP) is a public institute under a special regime, integrated into the indirect administration of the State, endowed with pedagogical, scientific, administrative and financial autonomy.<\/p>\n<p>Created by Decree-Law No. 105\/2025, of September 12, EduQA aims to ensure the implementation of educational policies in the areas of curriculum, pedagogy, didactics and external assessment of learning, contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of the Portuguese education system.<\/p>\n<p>Its scope encompasses early childhood education, primary and secondary education, including specialized arts education, vocational training, adult education, and extracurricular
